Which Beachbody Program Is Best For YOU? 

If you are reading this it's because you have interest in one or more of Beachbody's amazing programs!! That's incredible! I love them and they have made a tremendous impact on my health and fitness journey! You'll find descriptions of some of our most popular workouts to help you make the decision of which one is best for you!

Getting a challenge pack is seriously your best value because you get so much more for your money. (I'm all about $avings) You get Shakeology which is like the best stuff ever, and that statement is coming from one of the most skeptical people EVER to try it! I thought it was bull! Honestly.. How on earth could a shake have all these bells and whistles, The people telling me all about it act like unicorns fly out of the bag and rainbows shoot across the sky while confetti floats down to earth!

Yeah right!?!? Well.. I decided one day to try it, there is a money back guarantee and I absolutely thought I would be taking advantage of that because nothing could hold up to the hype. I was wrong. Cue the Unicorns!! I loved it and I could tell pretty quickly that my body was feeling and performing better. I had more energy, skin was clear, I just felt better overall! Anyway, so on to the programs. (Can you tell I also love to talk?!!?)

 The 21 Day Fix!
